摘要: Abstract Abnormalities of the walls biliary tree with occasional obstruction in patients mainly extrahepatic portal hypertension leads to an entity defined as biliopathy. These are generally young, asymptomatic and predominantly from Asian countries. Symptomatic biliopathy may present pain, jaundice upper gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. They difficult manage require both diagnostic therapeutic endoscopic procedures followed, if necessary, by a lienorenal shunt. After shunt, usually regresses most patients, but some, especially those who have undergone intervention, remains. The reversal after decompression has been described six months surgery. We report splenorenal shunt early eight days procedure.
