摘要: Approximately 50% of chemicals that are clastogenic in mammalian cells vitro do not induce chromosome aberrations or micronuclei the bone marrow rodents (Thompson 1986; Ishidate et al. 1988). There many possible reasons for this discrepancy (see Waters 1988) including: 1. The absence detoxification excretion processes vitro; 2. Metabolic unique to bioassay create active clastogens; 3. The insensitivity test; 4. Extreme culture conditions producing clastogenesis could be achieved vivo.
