摘要: Email is an indispensable tool for communication and users might have to deal with large volumes of information which they cannot always operate efficiently. For these users, the organization emails a tedious task. The use automatic filters not possible or effective, because difficulties regarding how create specific rule their impractical in some situations. In this article, we present approach enhance webmail client interface agent that helps user label incoming email based on knowledge user's preferences. We only considered can be applied different but also better interact provide him/her assistance labeling procedure. performed set experiments using Google's system, Gmail, obtaining good rate acceptance interactions.
