摘要: Using microspheres of human albumin sprayed on the face and in nostrils under facemask, we studied role conversation contaminating operating-room environment addition to microbial contamination air an empty occupied operating room. Conversation consistently increased number found simulated wound. The spatial relationship between mask hood was important reducing contamination. A complete overlapping mask, with no gaps at sides or bottom most efficient. by presence personnel varied different parts theater according density traffic. We concluded that contributes airborne but from this source can be lessened wearing a face-mask extends underneath hood.
