摘要: An electronic photosensitive apparatus, such as an image scanner in a digital copier, uses depleted-gate photosensors or photogates the elements therein. The linearity of transfer circuit associated with each photogate set is improved by placing bias charge predetermined magnitude on phototransfer gate disposed downstream prefatory to reading out signal from photogate.
