摘要: Abstract We present a new device which consists of molecular quantum dot (MQD) attached to normal-metal, two ferromagnetic (FM), and superconducting leads. The spin-related Andreev reflection (AR) current the spin-dependent single-particle tunneling through normal-metal terminal are obtained, it is found that spin exhibits transistor-like behavior. joint effects coherent flip angle between magnetic moments FM leads on also studied, these results provide possibility manipulate with system parameters.
