摘要: Proteoglycans, a class of extracellular macromolecules characteristically consisting protein core substituted with one or several glycosaminoglycan chains, have profound influence on the physical properties matrix and pericellular space. Many proteoglycans multidomain structure where distinct biological can be assigned to particular, often well conserved portions core. In present chapter we review functional aspects proteoglycan domain using large aggregating interstitial as an example.
