摘要: Most urban water management systems are becoming vulnerable to flooding and drought due the climate change (CC), urbanization energy shortage. Despite of poor circumstances caused by extremely uneven annual rainfall hilly terrain, traditionally we have made a sound sustainable life based on our own philosophy technologies which copes with rigid environment. In this study new paradigm rainwater is suggested multipurpose creative harvesting (RWHM) introduced providing several case studies such as storage drainage (RSD) system, infiltration facilities star city RWHM system. This leads Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) in Republic Korea regulations politics for integrated RWHM. Finally, expected improve safety, efficiency, consumption infrastructure, reduce heat island phenomenon and, furthermore, contribute finding solutions worldwide issues adapt CC.
