摘要: Evidence is reviewed indicating that output interference—the deleterious effects of recall some information on recalled later—occurs both in primary and secondary memory. It appears interference provides at least a partial account for the disparity between available memory its accessibility recall. argued consideration may provide helpful perspective resolving problems study episodic semantic memory, including negative part-list cueing tip-of-the-tongue phenomenon.
