摘要: Congenital perilymphatic fistula is an abnormal communication between the inner ear and middle ear. Inner anomalies have been described on computed tomography scans. Middle found at surgery; most frequent are of stapes round window. This retrospective study describes appearance scans, surgery, in 10 patients (15 ears) whom was surgery. Twelve 15 were 4 these 12 (33%) could be seen Two normal surgery tomography. Three windows none There also four dysplastic cochleas, vestibules, three dilated vestibular aqueducts.
