摘要: This study is designed to examine the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of essential oil different solvent extracts Vitexagnuscastus. GC GC-MS analysis was resulted in detection 27 components, representing 94.5% oil. Major components were 1,8-cineole (24.98%), sabinene (13.45%), alpha-pinene (10.60%), alpha-terpinyl acetate (6.66%), (Z)-beta-farnesene (5.40%). Antioxidant activities samples determined by three test systems, DPPH, beta-carotene/linoleic acid reducing power assays. In all water extract exhibited excellent potential than those other (hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl methanol) As expected, amount total phenolics very high this (112.46+/-1.22mugGAEs/mgextract). Dichloromethane has been found be rich flavonoids. A positive correlation observed between phenolic flavonoid levels extracts.
