摘要: It is common belief that the integrated services architecture (IntServ) not scalable to large networks as, e.g., global Internet. This due ambitious goal of providing per-flow QoS and resulting complexity fine-grained traffic management. One solution this problem aggregation IntServ flows in core network. While one might suspect leads allocating more resources for aggregated flow than sum separated if isolation be guaranteed, we show paper IntServ's guaranteed service necessarily case even retained.
