摘要: Abstract The parameters relevant to the use of ceramic insulator materials in resistive components for direct currents (dc) and transmission electromagnetic (em) waves are discussed. In components, radiation-induced conductivity radiation-enhanced electrothermal breakdown major concern. limits em power considered different plasma heating concepts. Special attention is given dielectric loss tangent. addition, mechanical thermophysical properties thermal crack formation reviewed.
