摘要: Stress-induced production of proinflammatory cytokines in the brain and periphery is associated with mental distress. In this study, we measured changes levels salivary cortisol 50 circulating immune mediators 28 4th-grade medical students (19 males 9 females) 7 weeks before, 1 day immediately after, week after an authorized nationwide examination for promotion. Repeated measures ANOVA multiple testing correction post hoc tests revealed that significantly increased (granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, interferon-γ, interleukin (IL)-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α), Th2 (IL-4, IL-5, IL-13), β-nerve growth factor association significant decreases anxiety examination. These may have a negative impact on state healthy young adults exposed to naturalistic stressors.
