摘要: Using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS), Fe, Cu, Mg and Zn tissue concentrations were determined in 100 prostates with anatomopathological diagnosis of benign hyperplasia (25 cases), hyperplasia-associated prostatitis adenocarcinoma cases) normal gland cases). Also at the same time, serum elements order to correlate both results see whether there was a relationship between them. A subsequent statistical study made looking for significant differences groups considered. correlation these ions conducted using Pearson's coefficient(r). This report describes detail methodology used conduct present study, from obtention through AAS determinations. According obtained, prostatic shows this concentration sensibly lower than that seen hyperplasia, tissue. Also, is other groups. In eutrophic tissue, higher hyperplastic prostatitis, while Cu Fe as compared mentioned pathologies. These have been series, biochemical assessment findings disclosed discussion.
