摘要: Despite remarkable progress in the elucidation of energy balance and regulation, development new antiobesity drugs is still at stage infancy. This review describes MCH receptor system with regard to its involvement homeostasis summarizes pharmacological profiles selected small molecule MCH-R1 antagonists that are relevant for their as drugs. Although clinical value has be demonstrated, challenges unwanted side effects remain resolved, may provide an effective pharmacotherapy treatment obesity near future.
