摘要: Abstract Southeast European power transmission system is modeled by analyzing the as an evolving grid, which continually upgrading in order to satisfy increasing load demand and certain reliability requirements. We adopt a model (known OPA model) satisfies two First, based on probabilistic line outages overloads, it models network using DC flow linear programming dispatch of generation. Second, includes systematic production capacities electric-power system. The results show most vulnerable lines that need be upgraded. Moreover, indicate electric Europe functioning well with 20% excess electricity In comparison actual excess, can concluded merging systems separate countries region into common trade will produce great economic benefit investment new generation capacities.
