摘要: Infectious coryza (IC) is a well-recognised and commonly encountered upper respiratory tract disease in chickens. The aim of this study was to monitor aspects the immune response chickens infected with Avibacterium paragallinarum. Gene expression profiling 30 genes carried out for 11 chicken nasal area samples belonging four groups, including one non-infected control group. For purpose, biomarker transcripts were selected comparative gene analysis analysed by real-time PCR using TaqMan(®) assays. biomarkers included three reference genes. used normalise results relative quantification approach. changes 27 (genes interest) quantified between all treated groups six pair-wise comparisons. It concluded from data that initiation via TLR4, which leads Th2 dominant type response. Furthermore, TLR4 signalling MyD88-dependent pathway, resulting early onset NF-kβ leading production inflammatory cytokines. This work provides an informative outlay upon infection pathogen.
