摘要: New technologies have introduced new ways in business transactions where online contracting is complementing and even substituting traditional paper-based transactions. One of the major recent innovations use intelligent agents to make contracts among users businesses around globe. Despite legislations on electronic contracting, there are no governing automatic agent except one preliminary attempt USA. We identify key problem rooted at authorization management delegation as well proper legal identity agents. Therefore, we advocate solutions that consider both technical aspects. Based current practices, develop a conceptual model for propose an Agent Authorization Platform (AAP) enforcement during contract establishment maintenance The AAP also supports alerts acknowledgment further enforce user's manifestation assent terms. detail required security scheme based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) demonstrate feasibility our approach.
