A comprehensive structural and magnetic study of Ni nanoparticles prepared by the borohydride reduction of NiCl2 solution of different concentrations

摘要: A comparative study of the structure and magnetic properties Ni nanoparticles (20–80nm) prepared by chemical reduction NiCl2 solution four different concentrations is reported. The concentration has a profound influence on room temperature (300K) state resulting nanoparticles, even though all samples show same x-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, i.e., have crystal (tetragonal, as proposed us). It found that obtained from lower solutions (0.1 0.5M) linear response with field while those higher ones (1 2M) ferromagnetic component at 300K.
