摘要: A set of 13 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) was generated against HPV-6 L1 virus-like particles (VLPs), screened for reactivity to and HPV-11 VLPs by ELISA, tested neutralization infection. Both cross-reactive type-specific epitopes were detected such that 4 MAbs reacted surface conformational sites on the remaining 9 both VLPs. four able neutralize infectivity, 3 these neutralizing (N-MAbs) identified shared sites. One N-MAb therefore recognized a linear epitope as judged positive binding in Western blot assay. The status with regard could not be assayed. These results demonstrated closely related HPV types 6 11 contain epitopes.
