摘要: The recent boom in multifunction portable electronic equipments requires the development of compact and miniaturized circuits with high efficiencies, low costs long lasting time. For operation most line-powered electronics, alternating current (ac) line-filters are used to attenuate leftover ac ripples on direct (dc) voltage busses. Today, aluminum electrolytic capacitors (AECs) widely applied for this purpose. However, they usually largest components circuits. Replacing AECs by more will have an immense impact future devices. Here, we report a double-layer capacitor based three-dimensional (3D) interpenetrating graphene electrodes fabricated electrochemical reduction oxide (ErGO-DLC). At 120-hertz, ErGO-DLC exhibited phase angle −84 degrees, specific capacitance 283 microfaradays per centimeter square resistor-capacitor (RC) time constant 1.35 milliseconds, making it capable replacing application 120-hertz filtering.
