摘要: Abstract This paper surveys the development of income-based human capital methods in public health economics which, with exception worklife expectancy, forms methodological core forensic economics. The main differences application valuation between two disciplines are use statistical population averages and gross costs individual-specific estimates net provides examples approach cost-of-illness (COI) analyses disease or injury, disability, premature mortality specific discussion cerebral palsy.
