摘要: Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a human prion with different etiologies. To determine the spectrum of tau pathologies in CJD, we assessed phospho-Tau (pTau) immunoreactivities 75 sporadic CJD cases including an evaluation entorhinal cortex and six hippocampal subregions. Twelve (16%) showed only small tau-immunoreactive neuritic profiles. Fifty-two (69.3%) additional pathology medial temporal lobe compatible primary age related tauopathy (PART). In 22/52 lower pTau immunoreactivity load as compared to subiculum, dentate gyrus or CA4 region hippocampus was significantly from typical distribution Braak staging. A further 11 (14.7%) widespread features tauopathies gray matter type ageing-related astrogliopathy (ARTAG). Prominent ARTAG also observed two out three additionally examined V203I genetic cases. Analysis cerebrospinal fluid revealed prominent increase total protein pathology, while (T181) level increased four. This correlated immunohistochemical observations showing less anti-pTau T181 antibody when S202/T205, T212/S214 T231. The frequency not unusually high does precisely relate PrP deposition. However, pattern often deviates stages Braak. Currently applied examination reliably reflect tauopathies, PART seen brains.
