摘要: A method and system for optimizing capacity allocation in a CDMA cellular communication obtains current call volume associated characteristics each of plurality cell sites the system, estimates effective boundaries to minimize weighted sum powers received at selected base stations. Selection stations can include highly loaded adjoining sites. System parameters are then controlled effect estimated site boundaries. Thus, present invention allows dynamic shrinking enlarging enhance advantages while maintaining contiguous coverage avoiding holes.
