摘要: Deep squat, bench press and hard pull are important ways for people to improve their strength. The use of sensors measure force is rare. Measuring strength with extremely valuable master the intensity exercise scientifically effective exercise. To this end, in paper, we used a real-time wireless motion capture mechanical evaluation system wearable sensor dynamic characteristics 30 young men performing deep maneuvers. data tibia were simulated AnyBody 5.2 ANSYS 19.2 verify authenticity. result demonstrated that appropriate squat elbow joint, hip joint knee 40% 1RM, 1RM 80% 1RM. external main factor bone change. can be after Finite Element Analysis simulation model verified.
