Intramural hematoma of the thoracic aorta in a woman with neurofibromatosis

摘要: The natural history and preferred approach to patients with intramural hematoma of the aorta remains controversial. We describe herein management case a 45-year-old woman acute onset chest pain, arch proximal descending aorta, left pleural effusion. In this particular case, nonsurgical led complete recovery patient documented resolution hematoma.
