摘要: Epigenetic changes are closely associated with tumor development and prognosis of bladder cancer, its detection in specimens (tissue/body fluid) may be feasible more sensitive than conventional methods. Additionally, the epigenetic interesting from a clinical point view because it possible to reverse restore gene function. markers might therefore useful molecular for detection, prediction prognosis, treatment cancer.
