摘要: Conodont faunas, mostly from previously unsampled sections of the Tafilalt (eastern Anti-Atlas, Morocco) and spanning upper Givetian to basal Frasnian, include first records species for region NW Gondwana as well new taxa: "Ozarkodina" maroccanica n. sp., Polygnathus aequidivisus Po. dengleri sagitta ssp., jorfensis saevus tafilensis Schmidtognathus longicavus sp. The morphology Tortodus subsymmetricus suggests relationships with Frasnian ancyrognathids. Other taxa are described in open nomenclature: cristatus Icriodus aff. I. symmetricus, Skeletognathus Sk. norrisi, enigmatic supposed Pb elements (Gen. et indet.). Ctenopolygnathus lanei Kuzmin (1995) is emended distinctive morphotypes recognized Ct. angustidiscus collieri. Mesotaxis falsiovalis Sandberg al. (1989) a subjective junior synonym widely overlooked M. guanwushanensis (Tian, 1988). revised regional lithostratigraphy conodont sequences allow refine zonation. former Upper disparilis Zone subdivided into successive subzones. basalmost Ancyrodella rotundiloba pristina (= MN 1 Zone) preserved thin, condensed limestone just at one locality (Bine Jebilet). overlying Frasnes Event Beds (Lower Styliolinites) seem fall subsequent Ad. soluta (MN 2 Zone). Records rare taxa, such paradecorosus, pollocki Morphotype 1, oldest webbi, angustidiscus, may be helpful correlation distant areas or shallower facies.
