摘要: The determination of pyridoxal, pyridoxol and pyridoxamin was studied by means the fluorimetric method measuring fluorescence lactone 4-pyridoxic acid being formed from pyridoxal KCN in weakly alkaline solutions; under given reaction conditions is specific sensitive. Chromatographic separation on Dowex 50W × 8 column makes it possible to determine even more complicated model solutions (in presence milk proteins) powdered milk.
