摘要: Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common human malignancy. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expressed in wide variety of malignancies and some therapeutic prognostic utility. The relationship between EGFR expression regional lymph nodes involvement, tumor grade CRC has not been cleared, thus we decided to show it case-control study. Material Methods: We chose paraffin-embedded tissue blocks 46 CRCs with involvement as case group, without control group then performed immunohistochemical staining for both groups. Moderate strong, complete more than 10% cells was regarded EGFR-positive. In analysis, P-value less 0.05 considered significant. Results: positive 80.4% 56.5% patients the groups, respectively, which difference them statistically 48% I, 60% II 100% III tumors. Conclusions: had node CRC. Also, node-involved showed higher scores group. Thus, may be an additional develop aggressive predict probability these
