Subcutaneous gas tensions closely track ileal mucosal gas tensions in a model of endotoxaemia without anaerobism

摘要: Objective Few comparative data exist on the responses of subcutaneous and splanchnic circulations to evolving endotoxic shock. We therefore compared continuous pO2 (pO2sc) pCO2 (pCO2sc) with simultaneous gut luminal (pCO2gi) in an animal model endotoxaemia examined whether changes gas tensions track tissue energy charge (EC).
