摘要: The existing experimental results on the effect of transition metal impurities superconductivity in several alloy systems were compared with theories based two different models, Anderson model and s-d model. It was found that theory Muller-Hartmann Zittartz (s-d model) reproduces Kondo alloys \(T_{\text{K}}/T_{\text{co}}{\lesssim}1\) fairly well if T K is replaced by /10, where temperature co critical host metal. also thermodynamic quantities at =0 fit Shiba (Anderson remarkably well. From observed variation position localized excited states gap / , it inferred from pair breaking behavior to nonmagnetic BCS takes place rather abruptly about ≈80.
