摘要: The long-term investigations of structure and biogeochemical activity phototrophic microbial mats non-phototrophic biofilms hydrotherms, freshwater lake, soda saline lakes located in Baikal rift zone were carried out. Microbial mats, especially phototrophic, are high productive systems with prevalence production above destruction. Participation the community travertine deposition as a model Precambrian era carbonaceous stromatolite formation (travertine) was shown on Garga spring. Cyanobacterial hydrotherms Zabaikalie Mongolia (the zone) can serve systems, which imitate conditions existence biological communities region volcanic ancient ocean.
