摘要: The application of photonics to quality control in food processing can assist processors achieving their goal a high and consistent product. Technologies which have been employed include near-infrared, mid-infrared, Raman fluorescence spectroscopy. Four broad areas these technologies are reviewed. They quality, safety, authenticity process applications. Keywords: hyperspectral imaging; food quality; food safety; food authenticity; food control; infrared spectroscopy; Raman spectroscopy; fluorescence spectroscopy
