摘要: Optimized use of systemic analgesics fails to adequately control pain in some patients with cancer. Commonly used analgesics, including opioids, nonopioids (acetaminophen and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), adjuvant (anticonvulsants antidepressants), have limited analgesic efficacy, their is often associated adverse effects. Without adequate control, cancer not only experience the anguish poorly controlled but also greatly diminished quality life may even reduced expectancy. Interventional therapies are a diverse set procedural techniques for controlling that be useful when fail provide or effects cannot managed reasonably. interventional include neurolytic neural blockade, spinal administration vertebroplasty. Compared which generally broad indications pain, individual specific, narrow indications. When appropriately selected implemented, important components broad, multimodal management significantly increases proportion able control.
