摘要: Construction project teams are increasingly operating in dispersed arrangements which communications predominantly take place via information communication technology (ICT) with a dose of face-to-face interactions. However, review literature reflects scarcity research on how shifting to affects the perceived quality construction teams. The present study attempts address such gap body knowledge. To this end, 12 major indicators were identified through literature. This was followed by conducting 17 semi-structured interviews experts industry customize for context. Based indicators, questionnaire survey designed elucidating perceptions practitioners about changes comparison fully collocated ones. Drawing upon data collated from 285 duly completed questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) deployed define areas change as respondents. findings showed that towards working results ten mainly reduction completeness and reliability communications. contributes field providing list assessing Additionally, provide an illuminating insight into primary disperse team arrangements.
