摘要: Thin plates of AlN were joined with Cu sheets by active brazing, and the residual stresses generated brazing process investigated neutron X-ray diffraction. Residual values between 100 MPa -150 found in ceramic layers. The layers had to be inferred from balance forces, because coarse grain effects a strong variation stress-free lattice constant across thickness due interdiffusion metal layer did not allow obtain reliable stress diffraction methods. results are discussed regard failure joints cracking.
