摘要: The action of the General Foods Texturometer is studied in some detail and an analysis arctuate movement plunger together with deflection sample supporting plate described, enabling conversion force-time trace to one force-distance. Relationships between stress corrected penetration depths are presented for both human incisor tooth, involving vertical actions. Using rubber several different foods as test materials results indicate that during normal Texturometer, a high initial excess develops disappears around depth 3 mm 12.8 thick sample.
