摘要: AbstractBackground: The reconstruction of gluteal deformities remains a major challenge. aim this article is to provide systematic review the literature concerned, and present case series with representative defects from various zones.Methods: A was performed using PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, in accordance PRISMA statement. Quality evidence rated according GRADE. Patients buttock were included and, depending on defect, reconstructive techniques applied consisted lipoinjection, local fasciocutaneous flap, or pedicled gracilis muscle flap. Complications, patient’s pain assessment, impairment everyday-life activities, aesthetic outcome, objective assessment sensitivity, recurrence considered.Results: total 498 records identified search.
