摘要: A simple and mild light-triggered fluorescent labeling approach, based on the photolysis reactive carbene insertion of diazirine, to rapidly generate nanoparticles is reported. Proof concept studies demonstrated that non-fluorescent SiNPs could be covalently labeled by diazirine-conjugated fluorescein (dFITC) upon photo irradiation (λ=365 nm) afford with good stability low cytotoxicity. In vitro cellular imaging results indicated internalization into living cells readily visualized fluorescein-labeled (F-SiNPs) in real time. We believe approach may offer a valuable method for surface modification nanomaterials achieve new functions.
