摘要: [1] The variations with the seasonal cycle of atmospheric response to constant SST anomalies in eastern tropical Pacific are investigated GCM, HadAM3. The equatorial wind is weakest January and February when warmest SSTs south Equator strongest April on Equator. This may have consequences for seasonality onset termination El Nino. Westerly associated Nino previously been observed shift Equator, weakening during northern winter. It has suggested that this contribute spring. These experiments demonstrate such a can arise solely mean does not require changes anomalies.
