摘要: Summary The survival rate of immature Capsella embryos cultured in vitro varies according to their length and the mineral solution used. Some elements are toxic while others increase survival. Nevertheless, spite an improvement composition nutritive solution, globular less than 50 μm do not completely develop up plant stage. It could be thought that medium does contain essential for perfect embryonic growth. In fact, it seems mortality is due rupture suspensor. nature capable increasing indicate that, through breach opened suspensor, cellular substances indispensable development leak into medium. analysis reducing percentage sudden penetration salts suspensor which induces necrosis a great number cells. This degeneration begins from its broken end moves towards embryo, provoking basal grow ovules show much better when they inoculated singly onto All these considerations seem confirm fundamental necessity integrity
