Chromatographic fingerprint based on serially coupled columns combined with multiple-component quantitation with a single reference standard for quality evaluation of Shen–Zhi–Ling oral liquid

摘要: Conventional liquid chromatographic fingerprint methods with a single column lack enough selectivity and separation power for analyzing complex samples wide range of polarities. In this work, an HPLC method based on the serial coupling two columns was developed to evaluate quality Shen–Zhi–Ling oral liquid. Twelve batches were used carry out analysis. Compared 22 common peaks achieved in column, 29 obtained when using under same conditions. Five components including albiflorin, paeoniflorin, liquiritin, cinnamic acid, glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt simultaneously determined paeoniflorin as reference standard. The established validated terms specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, stability, robustness. Then five 12 products successfully determined. external standard method, determination results showed no remarkable differences. addition, similarity analysis hierarchical clustering combined heatmaps also employed perform assessment. directly connecting series multi-component quantitation could provide feasible attractive approach
