摘要: Insight into the mode of action newly discovered antiviral agents is now almost a prerequisite for clinical development. This protocol describes method that provides information on target inhibitors human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); it can also be adapted to other viruses. The results from this experiment are available within 2 d. time-based approach determines how long addition compound postponed before losing its activity in cell culture. an identified by comparing relative position time scale reference drugs. Therefore, more precise than, example, case HIV, determination pre- or postintegrational action, and combines one routine different assays studying mechanisms action.
