摘要: Body composition measurements remain one of the best objective ways to analyze tissue distribution in athletes. The purpose this study was establish an average body profile for professional male ice hockey players, assess yearly fluctuations after a single season, and changes among different positions. was measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry 36 ice players. Descriptive statistics were used determine values. A paired samples t-test applied differences over one-year period. A one-way analysis variance between positions, at both time points. Alpha levels set priori at p<0.05. Significant increases observed percent fat across points all positions (p=0.019). There significant between played (p=0.012) after year. We demonstrated that there low variability different Additionally, we how year minimally influences composition. More research is required evaluate
