摘要: Induction motors, important elements into the industry, are susceptible to faults during its lifetime service; yet, they can keep working without affecting process, but increasing production costs as consume more electrical current. Broken rotor bars (BRB) detection is an topic due fact that this failure silent and produces a power consumption increasing, vibration, or introduction of spurious frequencies in electric line, among others. In regard, monitoring system efficiently diagnose induction motor condition highly required. work, new methodology for one two broken presented. First, compact kernel distribution (CKD) algorithm, high resolution time-frequency introduced anomalies produced by BRB startup current signal considering these signals describe changes on dynamic characteristics fault; then, variance, statistical feature, processed CKD determines automatic way condition. The obtained results show overall efficiency detecting well healthy
