摘要: Far infrared radiation was employed in the rapid removal of solvents extracts Plumula Nelumbinis and standard mixture solutions to prevent interference solvent peaks toward their capillary electrophoretic measurements. The sample small vials were exposed far ray at 60°C for 3 min remove solvent. dried samples each dissolved into running buffer with aid ultrasonication electrophoresis analysis. infrared-assisted approach sucessfully applied determination neferine, liensinine, isoliensinine, rutin hyperoside Nelumbinis. five analytes could be well separated within 12 a 40 cm long fused silica separation voltage kV 50 mM borate (pH 9.2). results indicated that interferences electropherograms herbal drugs eliminated completely.
