摘要: It has been demonstrated that antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) recognize epitopes formed by anionic phospholipids and protein cofactors. beta 2 glycoprotein I (beta 2GPI) is accepted as the cofactor of anticardiolipin (aCL). In present study we explored presence clinical associations anti 2GPI IgG isotype (a 2GPI-IgG), measured ELISA. We studied sera from 169 patients with aCL and/or lupus anticoagulant (LA), including 52 systemic erythematosus 49 primary syndrome (PAPS). found 31.9% positive for a 2GPI-IgG in whole population 48.6% aCL-IgG(+) group. There was good correlation between titre aCL-IgG optical density (r = 0.69, P < 0.01). The associated (P 0.0001) LA 0.0005). However, none 23 (+) without had 2GPI-IgG. statistically significant association history venous thromboembolism (VTE) our 0.005). This observed PAPS 0.05) but not secondary (SAPS). Our confirms some aPL(+) react special experimental conditions. addition, these VTE.
