摘要: Diverse managers are needed to successfully manage today’s convoluted hospitality firms. Undergraduate students enter the workforce expected embody leadership styles high turnover or technology advanced systems, while setting objectives that promote collaborative behaviors and attitudes among subordinates. The purpose of study was examine low-and-high youth sport’s participation impact on effective styles. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) 5X shortform instrument utilized undergraduate styles, consisting a random sample 170 from Iowa State DePaul university. A Chi-square test found significant difference between in regards logistic regression analysis determined there likelihood with high-youth sport experiences were three times as likely not exhibit passive leadership, 83% subjects exhibited participation.
